Maintenance
Before you move in, we go through a thorough preparation process to ensure the apartment is clean, safe, and fully functional. This includes: A professional cleaning of the entire unit, including appliances, bathrooms, and floors. A maintenance inspection to ensure all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are working properly. Replacing or repairing anything that's damaged or worn out, such as blinds, light fixtures, or door locks. Pest control treatment, if needed. Rekeying the locks for your security. Making sure all included appliances are clean and operational. Once everything is ready, we’ll do a final walk-through to confirm everything is in move-in condition.
Submit a work order through the Rent Café Portal
In a timely manner, emergencies are handled first, then handled in the order they come in.
After hours, will need to call a locksmith (at your expense) and provide management with new key within 24 hours. The property is equipped with smart locks that can be unlocked via code, app, or key.
Must be returned to original state at move out
